There is no time limit on shootout games; the game will go to the international tie-breaker rule if it is tied after 7 innings.
The mercy rule is 15 runs after 3 innings, 12 runs after 4, and 7 runs after 5.
Each team may have 18 players on their roster. Players must play in the Friday or Saturday games to be eligible for Sunday playoff games (SO 4 and beyond).

Any player or coach ejected from a game will serve a 1 game suspension.
All decisions made by the tournament committee will be final.

Tie breaker rules are as follows:
Wins
Head-to-head
Plus/minus: runs scored minus runs allowed (maximum of 7 per game)
Fewest runs allowed
Most runs scored
Coin flip
Line-up cards are to be handed in at the scorer’s table 30 minutes before the game, at which point a game ball will be given to the team.
The coin toss for home/visitor will happen at the coaches meeting with the umpires prior to each round-robin game.
The highest seeded team will be the home team for all shootout games. If both teams have the same rank, ex. A1 vs B1, tie-breaker rules will be used to determine the home team.
Teams must be ready to play at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
